Adjustable Tongue Buckle

Our waist belt features 8 grommets and an adjustable zinc-plated tongue buckle, enhancing durability and easy adjustability. This design ensures a secure fit, making it ideal for occupational environments where precise and comfortable waist support is crucial. The belt comfortably fits waist sizes from 30" to 45", accommodating a wide range of users.

Light Pad

The unique ergonomic EVA foam, bonded with mesh and non-woven fabric, provides excellent weight distribution, protecting your waist from excessive pressure. The breathable mesh design increases airflow, promoting faster cooling and drying, thus enhancing overall comfort.

Two D-Rings

Plated on both sides, the D-Rings offer convenience for work positioning, with plastic protective cylinders at the attachments. They meet the minimum breaking strength requirement of 4000 lbs (18 KN) and comply with ANSI/ASSE Z359.12-2009, ensuring premium safety. Grommets in the material prevent rust and improve corrosion resistance. Note: Avoid using the side D-rings in a fall arrest application.

Durability

Crafted from pure, non-recycled synthetic material for exceptional strength, aging, abrasion, and heat resistance, our belts can withstand high tensile strength exceeding 22 KN (5000 lbs) and breaking strength up to 4000 lbs (18 KN). Regular inspections for tears, cuts, fraying, or abrasion ensure it functions reliably under various usage conditions.
